    Default Belle's betrothed

Well, after changing my mind and criteria and seeing lots of possibles, I've decided to put Belle

to this chap.....Hope she likes him...........

    from the website....
Romero has had an unrivalled show career, being placed first by over 35 Judges and winning over 15 show championships. He has been the UK National Champion Stallion for 2 consecutive years, and the UK Movement champion . He has won all the prestigious shows in the UK, including BAPSH, Royal Richmond, Royal Windsor and Suffolk County. He was the first horse to be entered into LIMPRE, the Spanish Book of Merit, by winning in the UK. In 2002 he was the the UK Supreme Male Champion and unbeaten in every show he entered.

His ridden career started at the age of 7yrs, and continues under the patient guidance of International Dressage Judge, Barry Marshall, with sights firmly set on Grand Prix level.

Romero has been standing at stud since 2002. Time has shown that he passes on both his 'Spanish' stamp and, most importantly, his spectacular movement. He can cover naturally but has also been trained to use a phantom mare for A.I.

    ....unless I change my mind......

He is a stunning boy. And with such a beautiful mother I think that it's going to be a truly gorgeous foal.

I hope so. As you know the stallion is rather full of himself (as they often are, my sisters certainly was) but he was very well behaved when we went to see him.

He's a little different from the dun, 14hh connie you had in mind! Stunning though, I 100% agree with OEH! When will she be put in foal?

Actually early on in the husband thread you suggested the stud, but I think I said too big or I didn't want an Andalusian I couldn't find a dun conny close enough or it may have been a different story. This chap is stunning and when I met the stallions I felt I had to go with stunning as I think Belle is I've also know an andalusian cross tb type and he was a wonderful horse (my sister's stallion was the dad).

I'd like a May or June foal if possible.
