    I only have one jumping picture from "back then". I'd have been about 8 or 9, so about 1980 ish.
    The pony was an 12.2 welshie called Robin.

    My first "proper" jumping photo, from a show.
    Back then, it wasn't the done thing to have photos taken during lessons, etc.
    I remember I had to BEG my mum to buy me this one form the show! She thought it was a waste of money. I must have been 9 or 10. Pony is about 13.2hh


    Needless to say, while my toes now point inwards, the rest of me can no longer jump for toffee *SOBSOBSOB!!!!*

    Grace and me last year, first time jumping at the old age of 42 , I dont think anyone ever thought we would be jumping 3ft by this year

    Erm, cos I fell off quite a lot, and I taught myself how to sit so that I actually stayed on
