I don't have a back specialist. I was under a rheumatologist for years, but because there's nothing they can do but give me painkillers and periodically refer me to an occupational therapist to make sure I've got all the support and equipment I need, I was discharged and am just under my GP. I've been waiting for nine months for a referral for a brace for my most unstable shoulder, so I figured it would probably be easier to start getting my own things and taking them along for my GP to check over for me to ensure they're appropriate. Since I only need a back support for riding, I can't see me getting one on the NHS anyway

I've had a nose at the prolite ones and will be ordering one when pay day comes around It looks like it does what I need it to do.
