    I think you look fine PL! The only tiny picky thing I would say (other than weight in heel, but you've already pointed that out) is that you look like you're hollowing your back as if you are trying to aim boobs to withers and leave head/shoulders in place (try this just as you are sitting down and you'll see what I mean!!). If you think 'boobs, shoulders and chin' all together it should help!

    Mmmm have searched through all my pics and the best one I can come up with is this one .... although my hands are shocking, need to give more. Mmmm can see why I gave up jumping a long time ago lol

    I completely failed to get out of the saddle for this tiny jump, but otherwise not too bad:

    You should only go forward as much as your horse does, so most horses popping two, you only really need to raise out of your saddle and give with your hands (to allow their head to drop). Too many people throw themselves forward for little fences, only the bigger fences require the forward movement.

    As a guide I was always told your breastbone should not be in front of the wither
