I would normally expect a company to make refunds in the same method as the original payment was made, so card to card etc., request a refund back to your paypal account and dont stand for any 'taking off fees' crap.
Now being told a couple of days for a refund as they need to transfer funds :S I paid via paypal

Open a Paypal dispute NOW - you only have 45 days in which to do it - just in case they fail to refund you!

I have just ordered myself a matchy matchy set including an extra set of bandages and a hi vis breastplate for £45 inc delivery (I had paid Shwmae £50 for saddle pad, OR boots, bandages and travel pads all in matchy matchy) and i know it will arrive because it's all from equestrian clearance and have never had a problem with them![]()

Login to your Paypal account
under My Account - click on Resolution Centre
on top right - click on Report a problem
fill in the details
then if they don't refund, you can escalate it with Paypal within 20 days of opening the dispute and they usually just reverse the transaction
Watch the time limits though!
