Project looks amazing too! Do you have somewhere to live whilst you work on it?
Yeah, my family home is just .5km up the road, walking distance.

I probably seem very unsympathetic towards poor Odie, this just always seem to happen at the exact wrong time! And funnily enough, he was completely sound when the vet arrived, 100 euro to be told the mass of oozing pus now pouring out of his foot is yes, an abscess (well, he was due a tetanus anyway)

Usually I wouldn't call a vet, but he let on he was dying, got stuck laying down in the stable, panicking.

Love the house! You'll be amazed how quickly things move along - we've just bought a place in Wales and the work is only supposed to take 6 weeks, including all the fencing and raising the ceilings inside!

Mocha looks super, what a smashing jump on her, looks like you both loved it and that Derby course look so much fun!!

Thanks, I've always wanted to do a Derby - its just one of those things that always escaped us, was a pity about the ground, but we'll be back!

It was a fab weekend, TT conquered his flowerpot fear and Mocha ate birch from the brush fence with a bored expression

Quite apart from her fantastic jumping, she was excellent all day, TT and the other T (the coloured in the stable at the end) had stables beside pigs who were actually screeching anytime someone who might have had food approached, and Mocha was tied up outside 5ft away, with ducks and crowing roosters flapping at her ...not a word out of her.

Wow, I needed my shades on to watch that first bit - she is SO shiny and healthy looking!

It looked like you were both really enjoying yourself - congratulations! Hope Odie is o.k. soon - typical bloke - an abscess and your leg is broken, a cold and you are dying of flu!!

Umm, that looks like a project and a half! Good luck with that! Are you planning on getting people in to re-do it or is it going to be a long slow labour of love?

Lovely vid and love your project house!

I've been looking at houses for sale and keep falling for the lovely run down ones, but need to be practical!

Thanks, first year I think she's started to look her age, can't seem to build topline, but she is definitely feeling well!!! She had a little fanclub of PC girls, not really sure why, as they were jumping the same, just as well, on various smaller ponies!
Work started this week - it will all hopefully be pretty specialist work, so nothing I could undertake really!! It just might take a long time in stages!!!

The button that lets you add photos doesn't work for me!

TT from the proper perspective! (on top of a 6ft fence )

    Mocha supervising the minions...
