    Default Bloodhounding Training Meet today

Well we were all up early on a grey and gloomy morning for today 's meet . Tiff carefully sponged all the stains off Woody that he had covered himself in since his bath yesterday , Alexa made Tess's feathers beaufully floofy and clean and I gave Hattie a quick brush.

We managed to leave almost on time (just 5mins late which is good for us) and we made good progress with a few lovely stubble canters on the way. Fortunately the Meet venue was slightly closer than we expected so we arrived in plenty of time Woody shouted hello to everyone but apart from that behaved like an angel. We had two good runs but the ground was covered in flints so not great going.

    After the first run

    In a word- Awesome!!
I loved it as did Woody. He was such a superstar! I dont think anyone would have guessed we were first timers! It's time like this when I really realise how far me & Woods have come along! Onwards & upwards for team Wiffy!!

Someone nearly lost their trailer at the meet, they were all parked on the edge of a hill, a trailer had been unhitched and someone had not put the brake on and it started running down the hill , fortunately quick thinking people grabbed the brake! It was a very close thing!
