Default Hello! Meet my pony :) (Pic heavy!)

Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. I normally skulk around on HHO but thought I'd come and join in the fun over here

I have a gorgeous 4yo pony called Miloh, he came from Beeston at 2 weeks old with his mum (who was a Section A), sire unknown but we are guessing coloured cob.
I bought him from his owner after breaking him in for her and falling in love with him. I have never independently backed and brought a horse on before, it's been a huge challenge and at times I thought it was too much but now I'm glad I stuck through it.
I broke him at 3.5, he's now 4.5 and we are slowly getting there. We have tried some local shows, a SJ comp and we entered our first dressage last weekend (we didn't get placed as he had never been in an indoor and was tense, but I don't care as it's all good experience for him!). We also went to Kelsall Hill Farm Ride earlier in Sept and he was an absolute star and we even popped our first log.
He recently had a makeover too - he used to have a lovely flowing mane but have been told he is technically a part bred and should be shown pulled and plaited - I was nearly crying watching the mane go but actually I think it suits him really well and the plaiting helps to lengthen his ridiculously short neck!

Anyway, enough waffling, here are some pics:

Sorry for the overload, I love photos and documenting his progress! Off to go and have a wander around the forum now

Spot - is that the gorgeous wee driving pony? If so, she posts pics of him on HHO and I agree, they are quite similar!
