    Just thought I'd update!

Good news! The lump came back as benign! The vet did explain what it was but can't remember the big words she used but turns out the lump will go down on it own in a few months or so!

    Big big relief.

Ooh, she is adorable! What is she??

Too bad you can't remember - I'm dying to know! But "benign" is one of my favourite words!

    She's a Staffordshire bull terrier

Sorry my memories like sieve! Histiocytoma is what I think she said it was? Known for being button shaped?!

She's beautiful, some staffys look really piggy, more so the smaller ones it seems, but she is gorgeous! Glad she's ok

    Ooh, I love Staffies.

Histiocytoma sounds about right, though different place for it. Little things, usually just one of them, usually young dogs. My surgery professor jokes that it's a surgical emergency, because if you don't cut it off right away it'll go away on it's own.

    Lovely dog

If I had ringworm and the dog had too then I'm too much of a cheap skate to have taken them to the vets as I would have just treated myself , the same as I would for the horses.
