    My mum bought Shelley a rug from this company (and paying far too much but that's her daft fault!) order took weeks to arrive and now they've sent the wrong size

    Won't be using this company again.

    Problem has been rectified and manager was very apologetic and has refunded the cost of postage to return the rug.
    Just waiting to see if replacement takes just as long to arrive!

    Seen as I am unable to delete my comments I would just like to add, this company has been outstanding since the original problem. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, the manager couldn't do any more to help us.
