Default Scottish Peeps - Advert website recommendations

My friend has recently re-located to Scotland (IV25) and is looking for a horse. I said I'd help her look at adverts as she'd been out of the horsey world for a while (has loaned/owned in the past). Can you recommend some good, local places to find adverts.

Alternatively if anybody knows of a safe, family horse in that area could you send me the details. She's looking for a cob or native type, she likes Highlands, between 14-15'2 ish, must be safe but fun, suitable for lead rein with toddlers and children through to her hacking and leisure riding and her novice husband who has plans to learn to drive at some point. Mare or gelding not important, reasonable age. Budget is up to 1500.

    Thank you

Has she looked on preloved? I don't know what it's like for Scotland but it seems to be the best place in the North West at the moment.

Also Dragon Driving - I know there are a lot of not nice ads on there but there are some hidden gems.

Listen, smile, agree and then do whatever the hell you were going to do anyway.

Ok my laptop won't load so here's some names.

Horsey stuff for sale in Moray
Horsey stuff for sale in Ross-shire
Highland horse chat and trading page

Can tell you a few people I would avoid in this area too for buying from!

Brill! If she posts on the Ross-shire or Highland Horse Talk page, they'll recommend places
