    Default Showing success

I took Jeannie to a show last Sunday and came home with 2 blue ribbons and medals

She was a star. No way she was going to beat a gorgeous horse that won the Ridden class but was chuffed she was 2nd as 3rd was a lovely eyecatching black horse and the judge was very complimentary about her

In the Racehorse to Ridinghorse class again she went beautifully but just at the wrong time a bit of a plastic ad on the wall blew out and touched her on the neck causing her to spook which she was marked down for and none of bar the winner reined back as not told to so she gained marked for her rein back. Therefore, we were 2nd but I was still well chuffed with her and how she rode and the judge said it was so close and he wanted me to know how close as did very well

The annoying thing is she can rein back perfectly

Not to worry cos there is one more of these shows at same venue end of this month and I shall rein back like a pro haha (well thats the plan lol)

Thank you. I think she is pretty too

Im just so proud of how she has turned a corner at shows and in general this year and doing so well even with her arthritis which gives her no bother really as long as manage it
