    Default New stables

Our old stables had seen better days and weren't going to hold out another winter - so this year's job has been having them replaced. Thrilled with them!!

You're new stables are gorgeous!! They look so perfect! Is it tack room on one end and feed on the other?

Thanks all, have a week off after next week to kit out the tack room, put electrics in etc. But horses can use them now which is the main thing If they had heating and a tv i would be tempted to move in there myself!!

Minstrel - first door is tack room, end door is technically another stable but we'll be using as wash box/clipping etc. OH is OCD for symmetry so we went for double door at the end and tack room door the same but as one fixed door. Also thought may be handy to have one with a top door in case ever needed.

Boys have been mainly kept ticking over just hacking and lungeing whilst the build was going on as lot of time couldn't get to the school. So can now get them going properly again which i'm looking forward to.

May get around to actually finishing decorating our house now....!
